ReviewPoint has been in business since 2018, working out of Sausalito, California. We started in reputation, helping local businesses deal with reviews and search results that did not reflect the work they were actually doing. We have been at it ever since.

Over time it became clear that reputation was one part of a bigger problem. A business could have a spotless rating and still lose jobs because nobody answered the phone at seven on a Saturday. Another could answer every call and still lose to a competitor sitting above them in the map pack. Fixing one without the others just moves the bottleneck.

So the company grew into three things that work together: building the reputation, protecting it, and ranking it.

Own what people find.

Build. The contractor operating system. It answers every call, follows up on every lead, and turns finished jobs into five-star reviews, so the reputation grows on its own.

Protect. Reputation management for businesses and private individuals. We remove content that violates platform policy or the law, and we outrank what does not. We are honest from the first conversation about which is which.

Rank. Google Maps ranking, backed by a guarantee. Top three within ninety days or your money back, without ever needing access to your Google profile.

We are independent, we are not affiliated with Google or any platform we work with, and we are not a reseller. After 8 years we have a fairly simple view of this work: tell people the truth about what is achievable, then go and achieve it. We would rather turn down an engagement than take money for an outcome nobody can deliver.

One small thing we are unreasonably proud of: every client gets a branded merch portal with their logo already loaded. Crews in proper gear win more work, and almost nobody gets around to sorting it out.
